Any individual who has self-excluded from ct444 is permanently ineligible to register a new Account during the active self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a serious breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. ct444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
ct444 is required under its international licence to perform KYC verification on all Accounts, particularly prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must notify ct444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ct444 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
ct444 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraud or money laundering is suspected, or that the Account poses a regulatory risk to the Platform. Where an Account is closed by ct444 for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
ct444 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ct444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your ct444 Account within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance. ct444 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All funds deposited into your ct444 Account must be from a payment source legally registered in your name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and third-party deposits are not permitted. ct444 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if the origin cannot be verified.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same Account and that is registered in the same name as the ct444 Account holder. ct444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
No withdrawal will be processed until KYC verification has been completed to ct444's satisfaction. This is a non-negotiable requirement under the Platform's licensing obligations. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when they wish to withdraw.
Once approved by ct444's payments team, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically clear within 30 minutes. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other bank accounts typically clear within one (1) business day. ct444 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the Account balance upon withdrawal request if requirements remain unmet.
All promotional offers made available on the ct444 Platform are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. ct444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. All Bonus Funds credited to a ct444 Account are valid for the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that remain unplayed or that have not met Wagering Requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account.
